Our Offices are in Houston TX (headquarters), Shanghai, China (main office) and in Stuttgart, Germany (branch office).
Because most machinery manufacturers are small and midsize firms, we have assimilated the “art of business negotiations” for smaller to mid-size companies across borders and cultures for over three decades. We principally deal with this category of businesses because it is in this area that we have the best knowledge as to how and where we can find and convince partners, investors, and companies interested in acquiring, or combining resources with Chinese, Asian, American and European companies.
We have had significant success over the past thirty-five years in securing significant and successful partnerships, gains in market shares, sometimes equity funding, for hundreds of clients throughout the world. Our fee structure does not encourage us to go after “the quick deal/quick fix solution.”
Targon-GEAN Overseas was established by Dr. Eng. Andre R. Teissier-duCros, who founded the company in 1972 in Paris, France and then went on to establish another office in the United States in 1983. In 2008, Targon-GEAN Overseas has expanded with offices now in Shanghai and Houston (headquarters) and Stuttgart, along with associates throughout various locations worldwide.
Because, now and in the foreseeable future:
