Part One: An overview of necessary steps regarding implementing Mergers, Acquisitions and Joint Venturing, exhibiting; managing to be ready to sell at any time; to be ready to acquire another business at anytime; and raise equity for your business and taking advantage of overseas opportunities. André Teissier du Cros will share his knowledge that helps you to understand the other party’s point of view.
Part Two: Discussing the basic steps with tools, methods, and plenty of practical advice. Among these steps you will find a well rounded “how-to” concept that shows you business solutions from beginning to end. Among those are:

About the Instructor:
André Teissier du Cros, through his firm Targon-GEAN, has been providing strategic services to manufacturers since 1972 in North America, Western Europe, Scandinavia, Japan, China, India, Brazil and other countries (40 in total). He has been instrumental in some 60 strategic alliances (mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, technology transfer including containing various grants and subsidies from six governments). He has an exceptional reputation as a negotiator/facilitator between foreign firm which never met before, between embittered foreign competitors, between firms and government agencies. Negotiations he handled were between India and Japan; Brazil and Japan; Iran, France and Canada; France and India, Russia, Italy, Germany Iceland, Japan, UK, Canada; Italy and the Netherlands; Germany and Canada; India, Switzerland, Spain. André Teissier du Cros’s clients and ex-clients are often world leaders on their markets.
He holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering and Material Sciences and taught “Strategic Competitive Assessment” for 6 years at Georgia Tech. He is a US Citizen, by birth half British, half French, with family ties in the Netherlands, Switzerland, Sweden, South East Asia and the US.
